The blonde beauty surprised those watching at home as she was announced as a presenter at this year’s Golden Globes ceremony.
“Ladies and gentlemen, Meghan Markle, ninth in line to the British throne!” said host Ellen DeGeneres.
The actress couldn’t contain her shock and surprised her coworkers as she ran down the ‘Ellen’ set.
Receiving a standing ovation from the audience, Markle introduced actress Lupita Nyong’o to join her to present an award.
Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, Jenny McCarthy, and author Lauren Hill were also on hand to film Markle walking on stage at the Universal Studios studios.

‘Ellen’ is playing off her role in the hit television series ‘Suits’, which had her play the role of attorney Rachel Zane.
The film ‘Suits: After the Final Act’ airs on Wednesday on USA Network.
